These Terms govern access to HRNT.SHOP, product pages, digital downloads, merchandise, checkout, and related services. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
01Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the site in compliance with applicable law. If purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
02Purchases & Licenses
Purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in permitted creative work. It does not transfer ownership of the product files, brand, source material, or shop content.
03No Redistribution
Product file sharing, resale, redistribution, public posting, repackaging, or use to build competing asset libraries is prohibited unless HRNT gives written permission or an applicable team or extended license covers the use.
04Pricing & Availability
Prices, bundles, promotions, and availability may change at any time. We may correct errors, cancel clearly mistaken orders, and refund affected amounts where appropriate.
05Intellectual Property
The HRNT name, marks, site design, copy, and product materials are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of HRNT or its licensors.
06Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties beyond those that cannot be lawfully disclaimed.
07Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRNT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
08Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island where jurisdiction is proper.
09Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
