Code of Conduct

HRNT.SHOP is built for creators, filmmakers, customers, and collaborators who expect direct, respectful, professional conduct. This Code applies to anyone who browses, purchases, contacts support, or otherwise interacts with the shop and its services.
01Respect & Communication
Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, defame, spam, or interfere with other users, HRNT staff, support channels, payment processors, or our services. Treat support conversations the way you would treat a professional client relationship.
02Acceptable Use of Products
Use purchased products lawfully and within the applicable license terms. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak, mirror, train models on, or share product files outside the permitted license without written authorization from HRNT.
03Account & Payment Integrity
Do not use fraudulent payment methods, initiate bad-faith chargebacks, exploit promotions, create accounts to evade enforcement, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to orders, downloads, or systems.
04Content & Feedback
Reviews, Q&A, and feedback you submit must be honest, lawful, and free of hate speech, illegal content, or personal data of others. We may remove content that violates this Code or applicable law.
05Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, refuse service, revoke access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action when conduct harms the shop, customers, payment systems, creators, or the integrity of the platform. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
06Reporting
If you experience or observe conduct that violates this Code, contact support with the order email and relevant details so we can review and respond.
