Refund Policy

Most HRNT products are digital assets delivered immediately after purchase, so refunds are handled carefully and fairly. This policy explains when refunds may and may not be available and how to request support.

01Digital Products

Because digital files can be downloaded and used immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or there is a verified technical issue we cannot resolve.

02Support First

If a file is missing, corrupted, mislabeled, or materially not working as described, contact support with your order email before requesting a refund so we can verify and resolve the issue, including re-delivery or replacement.

03Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or store credit may be issued at our reasonable discretion for duplicate charges, verified non-delivery, or unresolved defects that prevent normal use of the product as described at the time of purchase.

04Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, lack of compatible software, skill or workflow mismatch, partial use of a bundle, or failure to read the product description, requirements, or license before purchase.

05Merchandise

Physical merchandise follows the return, exchange, and shipping terms shown at checkout or in the order details, subject to item condition, timing windows, and carrier limitations. Shipping fees may be non-refundable.

06How to Request

Email support from the address used at checkout, include the order number, and describe the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe.

07Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable United States federal law or the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
